4. Important Notes

• If payment of the attendance fee has been confirmed, the congress admission pass and Transactions will be provided at the congress reception desk on the day of the event.
• Persons not wearing a congress admission pass will not be permitted to enter the lecture venue.
• Refunds cannot be made for cancellations after the application deadline. However, the proceedings will be sent after the congress.
• During the congress period, substitutions of attendees are permitted, but only within the same company.
• Attendance at the Kaizen Report Meeting requires a fee of JPY 2,500, including tax. Please pay the fee at the reception desk on the day of the event.
